The 1844SR is a roll-to-roll eco-solvent printer equipped with four staggered printheads. It is designed to achieve stable operation while delivering high image quality and high productivity.

The 1844SR is equipped with Epson i3200 printheads, supporting variable droplet printing technology, which enhances print quality with more intricate details and natural grayscale output, resulting in richer and more refined color transitions.

Main Performance

Equipped with four Epson i3200 printheads

Three-stage heating system (pre / mid / post heating) with precise temperature control and rapid warm-up.

Pre-heating removes moisture and enhances ink absorption;

Mid-heating provides continuous heat to ensure optimal ink-to-media bonding;

Post-heating performs secondary drying and curing, ensuring stable output and smooth rewinding and lamination.

The electromagnetic ink scraper allows for automatic lifting and lowering of the scraper, reducing ink accumulation on the nozzle surface and making the cleaning process more efficient and safe. In standby mode, the scraper is in a tilted position, which prevents ink buildup and avoids ink leakage or nozzle clogging during the cleaning process.

The variable droplet printing technology can freely control the size of the ink droplets, reducing the graininess of the image and presenting more details, smooth color transitions, and high saturation.
