Various signage mainly includes: signs, instruction plates, warnings, billboards, etc.; and the various materials mainly include: acrylic, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, PVC, etc. With the continuous advancement of technology, requirements for picture quality especially of personalized products are increasing, and the materials and processes for signage are becoming more sophisticated. UV flatbed printing has become the most simple and effective way to produce signage in line with various market demands.

Instead of the traditional screen printing process, the UV flatbed printer can achieve non-plate, non-contact and instant printing, bringing users personalized, large-scale, multi-variety, multi-color products. It is a great way to be applied to signage products.

The TechJET series UV flatbed printers use gray-scale industrial print heads with longer service life, and the ink drop as small as 7PL can print 2PT-sized text clearly for photo-level printing quality. In addition to printing color, the printer also enables white ink printing function that achieves high quality output for various transparent and dark materials.
