The 5300VersaUV is equipped with Konica Minolta KM1024A industrial printheads, delivering a minimum dot size of just 6pl for precise and consistent jetting performance. The intelligent control software supports three-level variable dot technology, enabling smooth and natural grayscale output with richer, more refined color transitions.

Excellent productivity

The 5300VersaUV can be configured with up to six rows totaling 40 printheads, dramatically expanding the printing width and significantly increasing productivity while maintaining high image quality ideal for high-volume, high-efficiency industrial printing applications.

The metal grating paired with magnetic linear drive control empowers the carriage with both high speed and precise stability; the dual guide rail structure combined with a professional towline layout ensures long-lasting and reliable operation.

The eight-zone independently controlled negative pressure platform allows the suction areas to be adjusted according to the size of the printing media, ensuring the media remains flat and stable at all times.
